CNM’s Coach Training Program is an immersive, hands-on experience that builds essential coaching skills to help clients improve their well-being. Upon completing 40 hours of CNM Coach Training [either through (1) Financial Coach training or (2) Coaching Essentials Training and Coach 2.0 Training], you’ll be eligible to apply for CNM Coach Certification, a nationally recognized credential that validates your expertise, demonstrates your mastery of coaching tools, and distinguishes you in the field. Certification requirements include 45 hours of documented coaching practice, three mentor coaching sessions, two recorded coaching sessions for review, two reference letters, a coaching user agreement, and a completed application. CNM Coach Certifications require annual renewal. Every three years, you’ll need to complete 40 hours of continuing education from ICF and/or BCC.
