CNM Coach Training, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a program powered by CNM Ingenuity, a non-profit organization operated by Central New Mexico Community College (CNM). For over 20 years, we have been a national leader in professional coach development. Our team of expert trainers brings extensive experience in student services, non-profit organizations serving low-income populations, and private industry, ensuring that you will be equipped to succeed in a variety of fields.
CNM Coach Training prepares you to become a skilled coach who helps others define and achieve meaningful goals. As a coach, you won’t provide advice or solutions, and you don’t need to be a subject matter expert. Instead, you will use powerful questioning techniques to guide your clients in discovering their own answers and creating actionable strategies for success. We believe that everyone is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and our coaching approach will empower you to help others tap into their full potential, overcome challenges, and make lasting, positive changes.
Whether you’re interested in coaching in academic, career, or organizational settings, CNM Coach Training prepares you to make a difference. Interested in payment options and support? Learn more about the CNM Ingenuity funding resources available to CNM Coach Training participants.
